A well-marked parking lot directs people safely around the parking area. Crosswalks, stop bars, loading-zone markings, and properly marked pickup areas, such as for customers or boarding vehicles, inform pedestrians where they should walk, when to give right-of-way to traffic, and what areas to avoid.

Execution:  Most line and symbol striping is done before or after hours.  If the job is large enough paint striping can be done during hours if the areas are not high traffic or directly in front of store. All lines and marking will be dried and cleaned before paint application.  Areas being striped must be blocked off from foot and vehicle traffic.  Paint can dry in as little as 15 minutes depending on weather.
